INGREDIENTS:

2 Bananas

8 Flour tortillas

Wooden toothpicks

Oil for frying

Confection sugar, Cinnamon

*makes 8 pieces

Sauce:

1 cup of chocolate chips or 8 oz of chocolate bar cut into pieces

3 table spoons of peanut butter

3 table spoons of milk

1 teaspoon of butter

Fresh fruit for garnish

PREPARATION:

Cut bananas in half and then slice them lengthwise. Wrap each piece in the flour tortillas, securing them with toothpicks on each side. Fry in a deep frying pan, only for about 1 minute on each side on medium heat.

In a deep plate, mix about ½ cup of sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. While hot, roll the fried banana sticks in the sugar mixture.

Place a small frying pan or a pot in a large pan filled with water, turn on medium heat. Melt the chocolate chips in the small pot, adding butter, milk and peanut butter last, stirring frequently. Pour the sauce into a small bowl for dipping. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
