I am going to admit it, I am a snacker…I love high sodium and sugary snacks much more than a protein bar or a celery stick, and I often find myself reaching for a bag of Cheetos instead of a fresh piece of fruit. That being said, many times I have come crashing down after a mid-day sugar rush only to find myself in worse shape than before when I tried to boost my energy level with a tasty mound of skittles. If you are like me, then chances are you know that the struggle is all too real when it comes to finding the right balance between a pick me up snack, something that tastes great and something that won’t leave your head hitting the desk a few hours later. In my ongoing quest to try and better myself, I decided to expand my snack library and add a few easy, effective and popular provisions that are both healthy and tasty!
