INGREDIENTS:
15 brown Crimini mushrooms (A.K.A. button or Champignon mushrooms)
2 packages of cream cheese
1 cup of cubed Polish Klobasa
2 green onions
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Parsley for garnish
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Drizzle a cooking sheet with some olive oil. Clean the mushrooms and gently remove the stems. Cut the stems into small pieces, cut green onions, the Polish klobasa and mix well. Add soften cream cheese and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Using a small spoon and/or your fingers, fill each mushroom with the mixture and set on the baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Place hot mushrooms carefully on a tray and garnish with parsley.
