During the summer time we all like to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. Here is a dish that won’t take you longer than 5 minutes to prepare!
1 package of mini sweet peppers (about 1 lb.)
1 package of whipped cream cheese (plain or flavored, such as garden veggies or jalapeno)
Salt & Pepper to your liking
Parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Wash the peppers before cutting, then cut off the stems and remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with seasoned cream cheese and align on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes and carefully place them on a serving dish. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
